Terms of Service for Happyhrs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Happyhrs.app ("Happyhrs," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Happyhrs is a supervision scheduling and clinical hours tracking platform designed to help interns, supervisors, and organizations manage supervision meetings, hour tracking, approvals, and related workflows.

Certain features may allow users to sign in with Google, connect Google Calendar, and add supervision sessions or related events to their calendars for convenience.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Happyhrs. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

5. Google Sign In and Calendar Integration

Happyhrs may offer optional Google Sign-In and Google Calendar integration. These features are provided solely to improve the user experience and are not required to use all parts of the platform.

• Google Sign-In may be used to authenticate your account
• Google Calendar integration may be used to create, update, or delete supervision session events associated with Happyhrs
• You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google account settings or within Happyhrs if available

Your use of Google related features is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Happyhrs for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the platform
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content designed to harm the service or other users
• Misrepresent supervision records, approvals, hours, or related professional information

7. User Content and Records

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information, records, messages, documents, hours, supervision details, or other content you submit through Happyhrs.

Happyhrs provides tools to organize and manage information, but you remain responsible for ensuring that submitted information satisfies any professional, organizational, educational, licensing, or regulatory requirements that may apply to you.

8. No Professional, Legal, or Regulatory Guarantee

Happyhrs is a software platform and does not provide legal advice, licensing advice, regulatory advice, or professional supervision.

Use of Happyhrs does not guarantee that logged hours, supervision records, exports, or approvals will satisfy the requirements of any board, employer, school, supervisor, licensing body, or governmental agency.

Users are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable requirements.

9. Organizations and Supervisors

If you use Happyhrs on behalf of an organization, training site, or supervisory relationship, you represent that you have authority to do so and that your use complies with your applicable policies, obligations, and permissions.

Supervisors and organizations are responsible for their own review, signoff, and recordkeeping practices.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Happyhrs at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

11. Fees and Billing

Some features of Happyhrs may be offered for a fee. If paid services are offered, pricing, billing terms, and any applicable renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or signup.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual Property

Happyhrs and its associated branding, software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and functionality are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Happyhrs except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

13. Termination

You may stop using Happyhrs at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or used the service unlawfully.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will end immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Disclaimers

Happyhrs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happyhrs and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Happyhrs will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Happyhrs and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

17. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above.

Continued use of Happyhrs after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
